We encourage and value feedback that we receive about our organization. If you have compliments, complaints or feedback, you can do any one of the following:

Please note: to receive a formal response, the complaint must be submitted in writing via letter or email. Your message can be addressed to a Service Provider, Volunteer, Student or the direct manager of a service/program.

If you need assistance to provide a written response, please contact your service provider or manager, or call 416 785-9230.

Once received, your complaint will be documented and investigated.

Written responses will be provided for all formal complaints by the applicable manager, and will include next steps in the complaints process in case you are not satisfied with the response.
